Diane Messere Magee
Diane Messere Magee began her private practice of law in 1995 with a goal toward combining: (1) a “small town” personal approach toward her clients; (2) with dedication to hard work, persistent advocacy, and radical competency toward her opponents; and, (3) consistent preparedness and respect for the Courts.
Graduating at the top of her class from New England School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts, she received the New England Scholar Award for ranking in the top 10% of her class in any given semester.
Attorney Magee taught eight years as an adjunct professor at Roger Williams University – – teaching law in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Estate Administration.
In 2022, Attorney Magee will complete her tenth term as an adjunct professor of Constitutional Law at Northeastern University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts.
Since 2007, Attorney Magee serves as Private Appellate Counsel, on the Children & Family Law Appellate Panel of the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services.
